Lusting Childlike Genius

The art of Dame Elizabeth Frink exhibits a childlike mystique. Although she is better known for her sculpture, I chose her illustrations of Odysseus and his adventures.

Lusting Sea Sirens

Many tales of the sea contain visions of beautiful sea sirens,
impossible to resist. Odysseus had himself tied to his ship's
mast so that he could hear their song. Luckily, viewing

Over the centuries, the myth of Narcissus has been a popular subject for the artist.
