Of Merfolk . . .The Mermaid
“A mermaid found a swimming lad,
Picked him for her own,
Pressed her body to his body,
Laughed; and plunging down
Forgot in cruel happiness
That even lovers drown.”
William Butler Yeats

It was serendipity to be sure. I took a walk today in the warm breezes of coastal Florida.
My nose caught aromas that stirred memories inside of me from times long past, when summers were hot and there always seemed to be plenty of time to while away.
I was surfing the net later on and came upon Cover Browser .
I found just the illustrations to convey those past summers to you!
