Lusting Completion . . .

Of Rooted in Perspective

Any artist will tell you that there always seems to be one more thing that will make his creation a bit better, hopefully perfect.

But there does come a point when he'll admit that it's time for completion. It's time to declare it finished.

Below is a picture of my latest completed sculpture. It's still in clay and will need to be cast in plaster so that I can attempt a clay duplicate of the original. Then it must dry and be fired twice.

But at least this phase is completed.

Lusting Balance

How Many Angels Can Dance On The Head Of A Pin?

Be moderate in order to taste the joys of life in abundance. ~Epicurus

It is better to rise from life as from a banquet - neither thirsty nor drunken. ~Aristotle

Enough is as good as a feast. ~English Proverb

Even nectar is poison if taken to excess. ~Hindu Proverb

I had something else in mind, but, OK.

Lusting Living . . .

By the sea

White and sculpted,

With rooms facing a view of blue.

A touch of rough stone,

Mixed with nature's timber.

Definitely my kind of living!
